Who is responsible for your data
Sofiene Moqrich, who runs this site, is responsible for the personal data described here. For any question: 2socontactpro [at] gmail.com.
What this site collects
This site has no account, no form of its own, no analytics and no advertising tracker. It sets no cookie of its own. Your browser only remembers, until you close the tab, that you have already seen the opening screen. That information never leaves your browser.
Booking a call
The calendar on the contact page is provided by Calendly. When you book, you give Calendly your name, your email address and your answers to its questions, and I receive them. I use them only to prepare the call and reply to you, at your request. Calendly may use its own cookies inside the calendar and asks for your choice where required. See the Calendly privacy notice.
Writing to me
If you email me, I receive your address and your message through Gmail, provided by Google, and use them only to answer you and follow up on your project.
Watching films
Films play in Vimeo and YouTube players. Vimeo players are set to “do not track” and YouTube players use its privacy-enhanced mode. When a player loads, these services still receive technical data such as your IP address, and may set technical cookies. See the Vimeo and Google privacy policies.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the pages.
Transfers outside the EU
Calendly, Google, Vimeo and Netlify may process data in the United States. They do so under the safeguards they provide for such transfers, described in their own policies.
How long data is kept
I keep booking details and emails for as long as needed to handle your request, and no more than three years after our last contact, unless a project between us or a legal obligation requires longer. I never sell your data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. Write to 2socontactpro [at] gmail.com. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
